A heart attack strikes like lightning. It is a terrifying experience for family and friends. In many cases there were ample warning signs, but no one to read the clues. The cardiovascular system requires both nutritional support and physical conditioning. You don't need to be a competitive athlete to be in good shape. Simple activities like walking, biking or swimming are excellent to get your blood pumping. It takes many years for your arteries to become clogged. With heart disease, excess plaque has been slowly attaching itself to the artery walls and narrowing the space for blood to travel through. Many people are advised to take an 'aspirin a day' for heart disease prevention. Be aware, this simply thins the blood so it can travel through your dangerously narrowed arteries. However, since each person and each circumstance is very different, always check with your doctor for the best medical advice. The signs you can look for yourself are, a sharp diagonal crease in the ear lobes, chest pain upon physical exertion, fingers and toes go cold, numbness or heaviness in arms or legs, diminishing memory, and high blood pressure. Even if you have learned to live with the above symptoms or don't find them 'too' bothersome - your body is trying to tell you something now! Don't wait until it's too late. There are three nutritional supplements available that are truly outstanding. The results from reported users have far exceeded what traditional medicine alone has to offer. The first is a product called FLW. This supplement contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals that work to scrape the excess plaque from the artery wall. Some 'before and after' angiograms and Doppler tests have shown complete removal of significant arterial blockages within a few months of taking FLW. Another supplement, Coenzyme Q10 has been proven over and over to be extremely effective in both prevention and treatment of heart disease. "A six year study conducted by scientists at the University of Texas found that people being treated for congestive heart failure who took Coenzyme Q10 in addition to conventional therapy had a 75-percent chance of survival after three years, compared with 25-percent survival rate for those using conventional therapy alone. In a similar study by the University of Texas and the Center for Adult Diseases in Japan, Coenzyme Q10 was shown to be able to lower high blood pressure without medication or dietary changes ( Prescription for Nutritional Healing ). An excellent herbal choice would be Hawthorn. This herb is a superior tonic for heart disease and is often referred to as 'the heart herb'. Hawthorn contains abundant bioflavonoids and Vitamin C which are both great for strengthening blood vessels. It is also a vasodilator and therefore allows for more blood and oxygen to nourish the heart. This herb is safe to take, and continually works as an antioxidant, even with long term use. If you have a history of heart disease in your family or have experienced some of the subtle symptoms, it might be wise to take your health more seriously. If you nourish your cardiovascular system, you can enhance your quality of living. Your memory improves, energy increases, and your immune system is strengthened! FLW, Coenzyme Q10 and Hawthorn are key nutrients in heart disease prevention. Try them today and see the difference. Go to FLW Go to Coenzyme Q10 Go to Hawthorn |
