  • Passion Flower - used as a rest producing remedy in nervous, irritative pains, nervous headache and spasm.
  • Valerian Root - is recommended in all cases of nervous debility and irritation. It promotes sleep. It acts as a strong nervine without any narcotic effects.
  • Hops - is good for sleeplessness and nervous irritation.
  • Linden Flower - a common domestic remedy for nervous disorder.
  • Lemon Balm Herb - added for better taste and pleasant odour.
