Description: KYOLIC 104 is a spray-dried garlic powder processed by the special Kyolic aging extraction technique that reduces the deleterious and malodorous component of garlic, allicin. The spray-dried garlic is combined with natural Lecithin powder derived from soybean oil. KYOLIC 104 maintains all the healthful benefits and nutritional value of the whole, raw, organic garlic from which it is made, but is non-irritating to the digestive tract tissues, avoiding the stomach upset, flatulence and diarrhea that may accompany non-Kyolic garlic consumption.

Lecithin provides phosphatidyl choline, essential fatty acids, choline, inositol, and phosphatides. Lecithin performs beneficial effects on brain, nervous system, skin, cardiovascular system and liver which have been documented. Lecithin is the major component of the membranes that surround and protect all cells. It also participates in the metabolism of fats and cholesterol, preventing their inappropriate deposition in tissues such as inner artery walls, liver, kidneys, brain, and other organs. Combining lecithin and garlic in KYOLIC 104 maximizes the benefits of both of these nutritious foods.
