Ingredients: Each capsules contains 5 billion active cells.

Acidophilus and Bifidus contains 80% L. rhamnosus, one of the most potent lactobacilli. Includes 10% L. acidophilus and 10% B. Bifidum.

L. rhamnosus is very stable, survives well freeze-dried and can ferment up to 23 sugars, which helps most cases of lactose intolerance - a superior species of lactobacilli for digestive tract health.

Dosage: One capsule, one to three times per day, preferably 30 minutes after meals or as directed by a health practitioner. Keep out of reach of children. If taking antibiotics, wait two hours before ingesting probiotics.
