Ingredients: Each level scoop (3.5 g) contains: PGX Proprietary Blend 2.5 g. In a base of natural orange flavour, xylitol, stevia, lecithin, medium chain triglycerides and silica.

Dosage: Add 1 - 2 level scoops (2 level scoops = 5 grams of PGX) of SlimStyles Appetite Control Fibre Blend to 200 to 400 ml of water or juice and shake or blend until smooth. Driunk immediately and follow with an equal portion of water. Drink SlimStyles Appetite Control Fibre Blend 1 - 2 times per day (before meals or when hungry along with a low calorie snack).
