Description: Eucalyptus can promote a cooling effect upon the emotions, clear the head, and increase concentration. It can also strengthen the nervous system.

• The respiratory tract is aided by its antiseptic, antiviral and decongestant action. Influenza, throat infections, coughs, catarrhal conditions, sinusitis, asthma and tuberculosis can be treated effectively by eucalyptus oil. This oil can drain the sinuses when colds and hay fever arise.
• By cooling the body, eucalyptus oil is beneficial when fevers are present.
• Eucalyptus oil can reduce swelling and helps relieve muscular aches and pains, rheumatism and arthritis.
• It helps to reduce some of the pain associated with migraine headaches, scarlet fever, dysentery, typhoid, diphtheria, malaria, and chicken pox.
• Bites from insects and other venomous creatures might be antidoted by eucalyptus.
• It is good for burns, cold sores, cuts, wounds, ulcers, and inflammatory skin conditions, as well as congested skin.

Caution: Dilute well. Eucalyptus oil can irritate the skin. The oil should not be used on small children. Taken internally eucalyptus oil is quite toxic.
