Non Medicinal Ingredients: In a proprietary blend of Ginger Root ( Zingiber officinale ), Fennel Seed ( Foeniculum vulgare ), Marshmallow Root ( Althaea officinalis ), Slippery Elm Bark ( Ulmus fulva ), and Raspberry Leaves ( Rubus idaeus ), in a base of Lactobacillus Acidophilus, ( equivalent to 50mg @ 20 Billion colonies per gram ).

Dosage: Take three to six capsules with water ( 8 fl. oz. ) before bedtime until desired results are achieved. Then reduce amount and maintain. Drink six to eight glasses of water throughout the day.
